How do I pay?

By UPI. At checkout you can either tap the pay button to open your UPI app with the amount already filled in, or scan the QR code with any UPI app. After paying, enter the 12-digit UTR reference from your payment app so we can match your payment to your order.

Where do I find the UTR number?

Open the completed payment in GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or your bank app. It is shown as "UTR", "UPI transaction ID" or "Reference number" and is always 12 digits.

How long does delivery take?

Kits arrive at your hostel in about 5 to 14 days once payment is verified. You will get an email when your order moves to processing.

What if I pay the wrong amount?

Payments that do not match the order total cannot be verified automatically and will hold up your order. Use the pay button or the QR code — both carry the exact amount. If you have already paid the wrong amount, contact us with your UTR number.

Which size should I order?

Kits have an athletic cut. The size guide lists chest and length measurements for the garment itself — compare them against a shirt you already own rather than your body measurement. If you are between sizes, take the larger one.

Are these official club kits?

No. These are unofficial replicas and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any club, national federation or sportswear brand.

Something I want is sold out. Will it come back?

Stock is re-checked against our supplier automatically every day, so sold-out sizes reappear on the site as soon as they are back. Sold-out kits stay listed rather than disappearing.
