Right now we deliver to BITS Pilani (Pilani campus) only: nowhere else, on or off campus. That holds until 9 October 2026.

We are setting up delivery to other major colleges across India. More campuses open soon. BITS Goa, BITS Hyderabad and IIT BHU are listed at checkout as coming soon so you can see what is next, but they cannot be ordered to yet.

If you are not at Pilani, please do not place an order expecting it to reach you. We would only have to refund it. Watch this page, or tell us which college you are at and we will prioritise it.

Orders are dispatched once your UPI payment has been verified, usually within a few hours of you placing the order. Delivery to hostels on Pilani campus takes about 5 to 14 days from that point.

Enter your bhawan and room number in the delivery field at checkout.

A flat shipping fee applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold; the exact amounts are shown in your cart before you pay. The cart also shows how much more you need to add to qualify for free shipping.
